Hi and welcome to Fitaholic Training!

My name is Danyale and I’m so glad you’re here!

Not only will you find a few of my delicious, healthy recipes on my blog, you’ll also find fitness tips, workout samples, updates about my “fit pregnancy”, running info & stories, healthy food finds, workout music playlists, rants about family and life, my business info. and anything else I feel the need to tell you about. So I invite you to look around and stay for awhile.

After taking on Fitness and Personal Training as a lifestyle and as a career back in 2008, I reached a whole new level of enthusiasm and dedication to the health and fitness world. In fact it changed my life and now I want to show everyone how fitness and healthy, clean eating can change their lives as well. That’s why I originally started my blog…to spread the word of health and fitness to everyone around me and hopefully INSPIRE you and others to take the next step to improving your “fit-life”.

My Story

Here’s a little more about me, myself & I:

I was raised to appreciate and enjoy mother nature and grew into a huge outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, backpacking, cycling, swimming, knee boarding, kayaking, snowboarding and anything that screams adventure. In the summer of 2012 I decided to pair up my passion for fitness with my love of the great outdoors and start a local outdoor bootcamp. It was then when I decided to leave the gym as a personal trainer and venture out on my own and start a mobile personal training business. However, I still enjoy teaching group fitness classes and indoor cycle/spin classes at my local gyms.

I’m an avid runner and consider myself a running enthusiast. My first half-marathon was in Spring of 2009 & I have completed many more since then.

Some of my other obsessions include health & nutrition (obviously), CrossFit, corrective exercise, quality food, science, defeating obesity & diabetes, educating, cooking and loving. Even though I am obsessed with CrossFit, I am fond of most styles of functional training and utilize all kinds of styles when dealing with clients.

I’m recently wed (5-19-12) to an amazing man who is also a Personal Trainer that shares the same loves and passions as I do. We currently live in Central California and together we continue to grow and lead by example by pushing each other to achieve new fitness targets as often as we can. We are expecting our first, a baby boy, this August of 2013 and we couldn’t be more thrilled and excited about life and our next adventure. We are also obsessed with our wiener dog, Ringo Red & big, fluffy cat, Stella…they truly are a gift that keeps on giving.

I have become addicted to fitness as a way of life and that lifestyle of exercise, adventure, nutrition and positive thinking makes me who I am.
